Hi, my name is Alison, and I care about creating communities.  I've experienced this through event production, recruiting, and design. Successful product design is similar to building communities because we onboard, engage, and retain people while being malleable to changing needs.

To build exciting products, I combine my aesthetic sensibilities from my art training with my interpersonal skills from my recruiting and event production experience.  From recruiting, I know how to ask the right questions, empathize, and synthesize data. From art, I understand design principles and how to visually communicate.
